Tuesday, August 11, is Primary Election Day in Wisconsin.
We are fortunate to have several organizations with the wherewithal and expertise to honestly evaluate candidates in these primary areas of our concern. We must utilize these crucial resources. I will address six of them with which I am most familiar/involved, realizing there are others. The six resources I recommend are:
H.O.T. Government (hotgovernment.com),
this paper-Wisconsin Conservative Digest- & postings (wcdigest.com).
Wisconsin Republican Assembly (wisconsinrepublicanassembly.org),
Pro-life WI (www.prolifewi.org),
Wisconsin Family Action (wifamilyaction.org)
ivoterguide (ivoterguide.com).
All of them make endorsements, publish a voter guide, or both. Interestingly enough, you will sometimes find candidates about which these six are not in total agreement. This is to be expected because these organizations, while all in primary agreement, have specific issues on which they focus. For example, Pro-life WI focuses solely on their specific mission: pro-life. They do not consider big spenders or other issues. H.O.T. government focuses primarily on election integrity and getting rid of the blind and spineless followers of Robin Vos (which is one and the same issue). Wisconsin Family Action, as the name indicates, focuses primarily on issues involving the family-parental rights, school choice, transgenderism, etc. Wisconsin Conservative Digest (maybe I’m prejudiced toward them!) actually does a great job on all three of the areas I previously mentioned as key.
