The Unified School District of De Pere School Board will meet on Monday, December 11, 2023. This is an important meeting to attend and show support regarding the
- Indoor flag policy
- Spring referendum wording/language
- Additionally, the board is considering a motion of censure.
If you cannot attend, please at least let the School District know how you feel.

Indoor Flag Policy
We support policies to create a neutral learning environment for students by removing any flags that are not related to instructional goals, does not tend to indoctrinate, or persuade students to a particular point of view, that are appropriate for chronological and emotional maturity, and does not create an atmosphere where the teacher/administrator is taking a stand on one side or another.
Spring Referendum Wording/Language
De Pere residents will have an opportunity to vote on an operational referendum on the Spring ballot. It’s crucial that the referendum be worded to transparently present the actual cost of the increase to taxpayers.
