GREEN BAY — The Informed Women Spring Luncheon will feature as its keynote speaker Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain.

Special guests at the luncheon will include Lieutenant Matt Ronk, director of the County Drug Task Force, and Mark Vanden Hoogen, county criminal justice services manager.
