You can check the sources identified on the “How to Vote” page to identify incumbents and open offices, how to file, deadlines, and rules for running a campaign. Almost anyone can run for any office in America… it’s a great country! But if you want to win, you should sign up for free online and in-person courses on how to run a successful election campaign. There are several organizations that provide free candidate training aimed at conservatives.
Heritage Action announced in April 2022 its new training program for conservatives elected to school boards. The program aims to help them know how to protect parental rights, achieve curriculum transparency, and make a difference in their community. If you’re on your school board, sign up at this link!
A few years ago, political training for Libertarians was a pipe dream … Now, the Libertarian Party offers comprehensive training on all aspects of political leadership from development to public relations to campaign management and affiliate leadership. The 2022 National Libertarian Party Convention will be held in Reno, Nevada beginning May 26 at 9:00 a.m. with an optional, professional-level, highly intensive, boot-camp-style day of training. We have 12 tracks to choose from with each featuring core courses along with the opportunity for participants to take electives of their choosing. American Majority “is a 501(c) (3) non-partisan, nonprofit that continually trains, organizes, mobilizes, and equips new grassroots conservative leaders. “We Are The Organizing Arm For Conservatives. Freedomworks, a nonprofit group based in Washington, DC, sponsors the “BEST Academy,” a 6-week training program for those interested in or planning to run for school board. Offered every Tuesday (12 PM ET) live on Zoom. Candidates, Parents, Potential Candidates, or anyone wanting to learn more can jump on at any time to start the training! Leadership Institute, an indispensable ally in Washington DC, offers 47 types of training schools, workshops, and seminars; a free employment placement service; and a national field program that trains conservative students to organize campus groups. The Leadership Institute dormitories provide accommodations for up to 46 people. Since 1979, Leadership Institute has trained more than 200,000 conservative activists, leaders, and students. It recently launched an online training program for candidates for school board.
