Please join us on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 for our luncheon with Sergeant Andrew Jacobs, a Green Bay native and decorated veteran. Sergeant Jacobs, who graduated from Preble High School in 2002, served as a combat engineer in the Army Reserves with a deployment to Afghanistan. After completing his military service, he earned a degree from UW Oshkosh and dedicated himself to public safety. He spent four years as a probation and parole agent for high-risk sex offenders before joining the Wisconsin State Patrol. Promoted to Sergeant in 2018, he is a certified instructor for the State Patrol, teaching officer’s critical skills in OWI enforcement, emergency vehicle operation, and more.
