Congressman Tony Wied has spent his entire life in Northeast Wisconsin. He graduated from Notre Dame Academy & attend St. Norbert College, earning a bachelor’s degree in business & administration. He met his wife Angela his senior year & they settled in De Pere. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, they ventured into the gas station and convenience store business. Together, they operated several Dino Stop gas stations and expanded their business by opening several Little Caesars restaurants. Over his years in business, Tony learned the importance of hard work, problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration. These lessons were key to his success.

In 2022, after selling their businesses, Tony found himself seeking a new mission—one where he could make a lasting impact. When the 8th Congressional District seat became available in 2024, Tony stepped up. Congressmen Wied brings his experience to Washington and is working on solving problems for the people of Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District. He resides in De Pere with his wife and their four sons: Charlie, Frank, George, and Simon.
